These terms apply to all users — including repair shops, online dealers, agents, and individual device owners.

2. What is RFT Loader?

RFT Loader is a software repair tool designed for repair shops, online dealers, and agents to help fix, update, and repair smartphones and tablets. We provide:

• Firmware updates and software repairs
• FRP erase operations with owner's permission
• Device authentication and factory reset operations
• Recovery from bootloops, blank screens, fastboot failures, and other software errors

3. Who Can Use This Service?

Before using our service, all of the following must apply to you:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You own the device, or have clear permission from the owner
• You are a repair shop, online dealer, agent, or authorized user
• You agree to follow the laws of your country regarding device repair and data operations

4. What You Can Use It For

• Your own personal devices
• Devices submitted to you for repair with the owner's permission
• Fixing software issues — hang on logo, stuck recovery, fastboot problems, blank screen, bootloop
• Erasing FRP or user data with the owner's permission for legitimate repair purposes
• Authorized firmware updates and software restoration

5. What Is Strictly Prohibited

• Using our service on stolen or lost devices
• Performing any operation without the device owner's knowledge or permission
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your OTPs or account to anyone
• Copying, cracking, or reverse engineering our software or tools
• Using our service for any illegal purpose in your country or region
• Attempting to hack, overload, or damage our servers
• Creating fake accounts to abuse our system

6. Important Notice About Legality

We are completely against the use of our platform for any illegal activity. If you are unsure whether an operation is legal in your area, consult a local legal authority before proceeding.

RFT Loader is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from misuse of our tools in any jurisdiction.

7. ESN / MEID / IMEI Notice

Changing or modifying a device's ESN, MEID, or IMEI number is illegal in most countries. Any related function we provide is only to help restore the original number lost due to a software error — and the original number must be visible on the device's box, receipt, or label.

8. OTP and Token Rules

• Every job requires one OTP or token
• OTPs are for your personal use only — do not share, sell, or transfer them
• One OTP is consumed per successful operation
• If an operation fails due to a problem on our server, your OTP will not be deducted
• If our server has downtime, your OTPs stay safe and will not expire
• OTPs cannot be exchanged for cash
• Unused OTPs remain valid as long as your account is active and in good standing

9. Refund Policy

• Once an OTP is successfully consumed, it cannot be refunded
• If an operation fails due to a problem on our side, we will restore your OTP or provide a replacement
• No refunds for user errors — wrong device, wrong firmware, wrong operation
• If your account is banned for breaking our rules, no refund will be given for unused OTPs
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days via our official Telegram support
• All refund decisions made by RFT Loader are final

10. Limitation of Liability

RFT Loader, our team, developers, resellers, and distributors are not responsible for:

• Any loss of data, photos, contacts, or files — always back up before any operation
• Any device getting damaged or permanently harmed during an operation
• Any legal trouble caused by misuse of our service
• Any issues caused by third-party servers or services
• Any loss or damage resulting from use of our platform in any way

11. Account Ban Policy

We may suspend or permanently ban any account at any time if:

• You break any of our terms or rules
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
• You attempt to abuse or misuse our platform
• You provided false information when registering

12. Intellectual Property

All content on RFT Loader — including software, tools, logo, website design, and source code — belongs to RFT Loader. You may not copy or redistribute our software, crack or reverse engineer our tools, or use our brand name without written permission.

13. Your Responsibilities

As a user, you are fully responsible for:

• Verifying that your use of our service is legal in your country or region
• Confirming that you have proper permission for every device you submit
• Any damage, data loss, or legal trouble caused by your actions on our platform
• Staying informed about local laws applicable to device repair and data operations

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country or region where you use our services. By using RFT Loader, you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations that apply to your use of the platform.

15. Privacy
